Classes

  • For ages 18 months–3 years with a parent.

    This class is a playful introduction to movement for our youngest athletes and their parent. Children explore basic gymnastics skills through climbing, crawling, rolling, jumping, and balancing. Classes focus on motor development, coordination and social interaction.

  • For ages 3–5.

    This class introduces young athletes to gymnastics in a playful, structured environment. Children will develop basic motor skills, coordination, balance, and body awareness through obstacle courses, games, and beginner gymnastics movements. With focus on listening skills, following directions, building independent confidence, and strength while learning foundational skills like rolls, jumps, balances, and basic shapes.

  • Designed for athletes of all ages who are new to gymnastics. This class provides an excellent foundation for participation in any sport. Focusing on body awareness, listening skills, strength, coordination, and foundational movements such as rolls, handstands, jumps, balances, and basic shapes. Instruction emphasizes safe movement and learning how to control the body in space. 

  • This class is for gymnasts who have mastered basic skills and are ready to build consistency and strength. Athletes will work on skill development and progressions for handstands, cartwheels, pullovers, bridges, and basic bar, beam, and floor skills. Emphasis is placed on technique, strength, flexibility, and safe skill progression.

    Recommended for athletes who have completed Intro to Gymnastics or have prior recreational experience.

  • Tumbling: Designed for athletes who have mastered basic skills such as round-offs and pullovers, and are ready for more challenging movements and tumbling connections. Skills include front and back walkovers, handsprings, side aerials and standing saltos, with emphasis on gaining independent confidence. Perfect for dancers and cheerleaders.

    Gym: Bar and beam focus for glide kips, cast handstands, clear circles, and flyaways. Beam skill connections and upgrades.  Emphasis on strength, drills, and technique. 

    Prior gymnastics experience or coach recommendation required.


  • Gymnastics: Gymnasts will work on higher level skills, combinations, with increased focus on flexibility, conditioning, and proper technique. This class moves at a faster pace and requires the ability to follow detailed instruction. 

    Tumbling: Designed for athletes with a strong existing tumbling background. This class focuses on front and back saltos, aerials, twisting, and tumbling connections. Strength, flexibility, drills, and safe technique are emphasized to support skill advancement.

    Coach evaluation required.
